The boat has a red hull and a light blue deck and cockpit. When we got the boat it basically looked like it had in 1959 when it was built. The body is in great condition though the gelcoat has some crazing. No soft spots in the deck or hull. Since we intended to sail it in occasionally in salt water, the bottom was painted. It has been dry-sailed since 1999 except for one season at a marina.
We have upgraded much of the rigging to bring it into modern times including adding a Waco-360 centerboard control and Harken Mainsheet, Jib and Centerboard controls.
We purchased a new Trailex aluminum trailer about 5 years ago directly from the Flying Scot factory.
3 years ago we purchased a new Sailor’s Tailor mooring cover
The boat includes 2 sets of sails, 1 spinnaker and spinnaker pole.
Includes Swim ladder and lots of other extras.
